The red character is described to be a leader type with short communication.The shape of the hat is inspired by headgear for
authoritative like Egyptian kings.
This hat makes a firm “flip sound” if the wearer touches the end of the wooden strips in one movement, from the top to the bottom. I imagine the sound to be used to attract
attention and together with the movement it convays
something very authoritative about the movement of the wearer.
